Pelican Point Inn is a NON-SMOKING facility. A $200 cleaning fee may be applied if any residual smoke smell or evidence is apparent in a guest room regardless of the type of tobacco or rationale.
Pet owners must keep their dog on a leash while outside Pelican Point Inn. Pet owners agree not to leave their dog alone in the room while not on the property. Please take your dog off the property for potty breaks and always pick up and dispose of any waste being respectful of our neighbors. Dogs are not allowed on the hotel furniture or beds. Additional cleaning charges may apply for any accidents. Please inform the staff if an accident has occured inside the room. Aggressive dogs may be asked to leave at the manager's discretion.

48 hours advance cancellation is required. Late cancellations will be responsible for up to 100% of the first night's rate.
We reserve the right to charge guests for costs associated with cleaning, repairing or replacing items belonging to the inn or the physical structure of the inn itself.
LOSS OF INN PROPERTY

Guests are expected to respect quiet hours between 9:00PM and 8:00AM. Guests are expected to behave civilly, treat other guests and hotel staff with respect, comply with all of the above policies and comply with all local, state and federal laws at all times. Pelican Point Inn reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or evict any individual who acts in a disorderly manner.
